Use Procedure

For Skin – Make a paste with yoghurt & aloe vera gel. Then, apply on the skin and neck. Keep it for 10-15 min and wash with plain water.

For Hair – Make a paste with water. Apply the paste on the scalp and roots of the hair. Use a shower cap to cover your head and prevent the paste from drying up. Let it sit for approximately half an hour. Then wash with normal water. For extra conditioning add 1tsp of oil or yogurt or coconut milk while making the paste.
