Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Yauvanya. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, please review our policy below:

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Certain items may not be eligible for return (please contact us for clarification).

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
• If approved, your refund (Full/ partial as the case maybe) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• If the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card. For payment gateway transactions, the refund will be credited to the same account.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
• If your order has already been shipped, please refer to the return process above. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping will also be deducted before refund.

Exceptions

• Wrong or incomplete address, customer unavailability, or delays due to reasons beyond our control are not eligible for refund.
• Damaged products during shipping must be reported immediately with photos and packaging details.
