Yes! They are gentle and skin-friendly, suitable for most hair and skin types. Always do a patch test if you have sensitive skin.

How should I use the products?

Most of our products are single herbs in powder form and they have varied uses and use procedures. We suggest that the customer should google the use procedure and adopt the best suitable use method for their skin, hair and body.

How long before I see results?

Herbal products take consistent and regular use to show results. Patience is key — unlike chemical products, natural benefits develop gradually.

Are the products handmade?

Yes, all Yauvanya products are handmade in small batches to maintain quality and authenticity.

What is the shelf life of the products?

Shelf life varies from 18-24 months. Exact expiry dates are printed on each package.

For Domestic orders: You can pay for purchases using Debit, Credit card, Netbanking methods as well as a variety of Wallets such as Paytm, Airtel Payments Bank, JioMoney, OlaMoney, Mobikwik etc. For International Orders: You can pay for purchases using PayPal.

Can I place my order over the phone?

There may be certain products and promotions not available when ordering over the phone but we will try our best to advise on suitable substitutes.

Shipping & Delivery

By when can I expect my order?

For India orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business day. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 10-12 working days. For International orders – All international orders are processed within 2 business day. Generally, you can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days.

What do I need to know about my order delivery?

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. We highly recommend that you take your order delivery yourself as Yauvanyatakes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

How does the delivery process work and how can I track my order?

All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive communication with your package's tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company's website.
