Shipment processing time

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages

www.yauvanya.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact customer care to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Cancellations done before dispatch takes place, full refund will be given.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway, payments refund will be made to the same account.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to ensure there is no discrepancy in product ordered and product dispatched.

In case of wrong or incomplete address, non – availability of customer at the time of delivery and delayed delivery on account of reasons beyond our control, no claim will be entertained.

In all other cases we will provide product replacement depending upon facts of the individual case and proven after investigation.
