Cancellation & Refund Policy

Merchant business’s return and cancellation policy must be made available to customers on the website and they have to agree to its terms during the order process.
Customers have to click on an “Accept” or “Agree” for the return and cancellation button before submitting their payment information.
Then, once the order is submitted, the policy can be sent to customers with the order of confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

Drishti Herbals: Herbal Products Company believes in helping its customers who Buy Herbal Products Online as far as possible and has, therefore, a general cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
Even the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed and shipped.

There is no cancellation of orders placed when customer Buy Herbal Products Online under the Same Day Delivery category.

No cancellations are made for those products that the Drishti Herbals marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day, etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Drishti Herbals does not accept cancellation requests for products purchased under special offers.
Even refund and replacement can be made if the customer thinks that the quality of the product delivered is not as specified.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations.
You must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take a correct decision.

Refund Policy

Purchases are eligible for a refund only in following cases

  • Product not delivered / lost during transit –
    In this case, the customer has to inform our customer service regarding the non-delivery of the product.
    The issue will be seen at our end and in case the claim made by the customer is true, we will make a refund.
    The whole process of making a refund will start within 72 hours.
  • Damaged product received by the customer –
    In case the customer receives a damaged product,
    The customer has to directly inform our customer service and mail a photo of the damaged product received.
    If the claim of the customer is found true,refund/replacement of the product shall be made within 72 hours.
